- Pick the most accurate Help Topic so we route it to the right team:
- New Device / Setup – computers, phones, accounts
- Network / Internet – Wi-Fi, VPN, outages
- Security – suspicious email, MFA, password resets
- Applications – Office, email, line-of-business apps
- Other – only if none of the above fit
- Describe the issue clearly: what changed, exact error text, who’s affected, and when it started. Attach screenshots if possible.
