Open a ticket the right way

Choosing the right topic routes you to the right team faster.

1) Sign in at support.prtc.network/login.php → **Open a New Ticket**.

2) Pick the most accurate **Help Topic**:

      • New Device / Setup • Network / Internet • Security

      • Applications • Other

3) Fill required fields. Attach screenshots/logs.

4) Submit. You’ll get a confirmation with Ticket #.
