Outlook won’t send/receive — quick fixes

1) Try Outlook on Web: https://outlook.office.com

2) Restart Outlook; check Work Offline is OFF.

3) Clear credential prompts; ensure MFA completes.

4) New profile (Windows): Control Panel → Mail → Profiles.

If web works but app doesn’t, include the exact error text in your ticket.
